Speciality

Many indexers pride themselves on being generalists.  Because they market themselves as such, generalist indexers will take any assignment that comes their way. inDocs inDexing Services is different because we specialize in indexing books in the fields of religion and spirituality.

The benefit of hiring a specialist over a generalist is that the specialist will already be familiar with the vocabulary and concepts of the genre and will not have to go through a learning curve. A specialist in the fields of religious studies and spiritualism will be able to create a more nuanced index than a generalist. As specialists we know better what the readers of spiritual or religious texts are looking for in an index and are able to better serve our clients.
